Attention teen journalists: We’re looking for high school reporters, writers, photographers, designers and broadcasters to join our team for the 2013-14 school year!
Not only is being a part of our team super amazing-time fun, we’ll also pay you for your work! Plus, you’ll get the one-of-a-kind experience of working with and learning from professional Chicago Tribune journalists. As part of the training, you’ll get to attend a one-week summer journalism camp at the Chicago Tribune and throughout the school year, you’ll get the chance to attend workshops to keep building your journalism skills.

How do you know if your online application went through?

Hi Dorey, we received your application. When you hit the white submit button once (and only once), it takes a few minutes sometimes for everything to go through before it gives a confirmation message that it was received.

Hi Chance, the minimum required is that you come to a meeting at our offices downtown once per month. You’ll receive more information and have the opportunity to ask more questions during your interview.

I just found this website today, and live in the Chicagoland area. I do realize that the deadline was four days ago, but I would do ANYTHING if I could get my application in. I did send it, and this sounds about the most amazing thing ever and I would just die if I got my application in. I will definitely be signing up to get this delivered from now on!
